  • For security, our team may verify identity before processing.

Deletion Timeline
  • Verification and processing generally takes 5 to 7 business days.
  • Once completed, account access and profile-linked services are disabled.

What Data Is Deleted
  • Profile data, app preferences, and non-financial records tied to your account.
  • Login and app access are permanently deactivated.

What Data May Be Retained
  • Order and transaction records required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.
  • Retention period follows applicable Indian laws and payment regulations.
