This policy outlines the terms and conditions for Franchise partners purchasing bulk products under the Affiliate Program of Zbazaar Solutions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Zbazaar”). By becoming a Franchise partner, you agree to abide by these guidelines.


Eligibility Criteria
  • Only registered Franchise partners of Zbazaar are eligible to purchase bulk products through the Affiliate Program.
  • The Franchise partner must maintain an active account and comply with all terms outlined in this policy.

Bulk Purchase Guidelines
  • Franchise partners can purchase and activate product IDs on behalf of their users.
  • A minimum purchase quantity may be required for certain products to qualify for bulk pricing and benefits.
  • All bulk purchases must be made through the official Zbazaar Franchise Dashboard or approved channels.

Pricing and Discounts
  • Special discounts and priority access will be provided to Franchise partners based on purchase volume.
  • Prices and discounts may vary based on product category, demand, and seasonal offers.
  • Any misuse of discounts for personal resale without authorization may result in account suspension.

Commission & Bonuses
  • Franchise partners are eligible for extra bonuses on specific products under the Affiliate Program.
  • Commission earnings will be calculated based on the total value of bulk purchases and applicable bonus schemes.
  • Earnings will be credited to the Franchise partner’s wallet as per Zbazaar’s payout cycle.

Payment Terms
  • Payments for bulk purchases must be made through approved digital payment methods listed on the Zbazaar platform.
  • No Cash on Delivery (COD) is allowed for bulk orders.
  • Payments once made are non-refundable except in cases of order cancellation by Zbazaar.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery
  • Bulk orders will be processed within 3-7 business days depending on the product availability and location.
  • Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics issues, stock unavailability) will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications.

Returns & Replacements
  • Only defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement.
  • The Franchise partner must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
  • Refunds will not be processed for incorrect orders placed by the Franchise partner.

Compliance & Restrictions
  • Franchise partners are prohibited from reselling products outside the Zbazaar-approved affiliate network without prior approval.
  • Any fraudulent activities, including fake orders, manipulation of commissions, or unauthorized transactions, will lead to termination of the partnership.

Modifications & Termination
  • Zbazaar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or its terms at any time.
  • Franchise partners failing to comply with the policy may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
