Order Cancellation
- User-Initiated Cancellation: You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
- Zbazaar-Initiated Cancellation: Zbazaar may cancel orders due to reasons such as payment issues, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. In such cases, we will notify you, and any payments made will be refunded.
Refunds for Cancellations
For orders cancelled successfully, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited via the original payment method.
Refund Policy
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
- Incorrect Items: If the item received is incorrect, please reach out to us to initiate a refund or exchange.
Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
